Care fees and accommodation payments that you are required to pay are determined by Services Australia Centrelink upon completion of a the applicable means tested form.

A Basic Daily Care Fee is required to be paid by all residents. This fee is set by Services Australia and equates to 85% of the full single rate of Aged pension. The fee amount is reviewed 20th March and 20th September each year, in line with the pension increase.

A Means Tested Care Fee may also be applicable and is determined by the outcome of the means test assessment via Services Australia.
