Leaving Moe at age 18, Jenny graduated and started life in Melbourne as a secondary Science and Maths teacher. Her next career was being full-time parent to three sons for 7 years during which time she completed a Graduate Diploma in IT and later followed this with a Master of Business Systems. Jenny worked at Holmesglen Institute of Technology, teaching and establishing the industry software projects and later was appointed Head of the Computer Studies Department. After stints lecturing at Deakin, Monash and Australian Catholic universities, Jenny moved to multimedia and web systems development as General Manager Development at Multiemedia.com. Jenny’s products team developed the products which were the basis of the company’s listing on the ASX. Jenny started Ninox Solutions in 2000, designing and developing software solutions and system integrations.

Jenny spent one or two days a week in Moe with her parents up until her mother died in 2020. She volunteers on the Board in gratitude to the amazing team at LVV.  Jenny is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Other volunteer positions include National President of Rostrum Australia, Committee member of Phoenix Park Neighbourhood House, Member of Lloyd Street Primary School Council.
