Residential Aged Care

Latrobe Valley Village provides comprehensive residential aged care services tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. Our compassionate team of caregivers and healthcare professionals deliver personalised care plans that encompass medical assistance, daily living support, and specialised programs. We prioritise preserving residents’ dignity, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Lisa, our dedicated and knowledgeable Community Relations Officer will guide you through each stage of the inquiry and admissions process and help you understand aged care fees in clear and simple terms.

We want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make informed choices about moving to residential aged care, including for a short break to rest and recharge, or to ‘try before you buy’.

Understanding fees and charges is just one part of a move to residential care. Having a look around, meeting some of our staff, and learning what life is like at Latrobe Valley Village is very important.

When you decide to live at Latrobe Valley Village, Lisa will arrange a comprehensive meeting with our senior Care staff for an in-depth talk about needs and preferences, ensuring we have a deep understanding of you right from the start.

Star Ratings

The Australian residential aged care Star Rating system is a government-initiated program designed to provide information and guidance to people seeking aged care services. Star Ratings can be found for every aged care provider on the My Aged Care website.

The Star Ratings give one picture of the quality of care and services offered by a residential aged care service.

It’s important to note that the Star Rating system is just one aspect to consider when choosing a residential aged care service. It’s recommended to also visit the residence in person, talk to staff and residents, and gather as much information as possible to ensure that it aligns with the specific needs and preferences of the individual seeking care.

We’ll help you to understand our Star Rating if you have questions about it.

You can start a conversation with Lisa by phoning our office, emailing enquiries@lvv.com.au, or using our Contact Us or Book a Viewing forms.
