Michelle joined the LVV Board in 2025. Michelle brings over 25 years of experience in the health care industry, with a strong commitment to quality care and advocacy for elder rights. She is a former Director of Care at Rose Lodge Community Aged Care and has more than 7 years of management experience in aged care and health services.

Her professional journey includes roles such as Quality Manager and Care Manager. Michelle has been a Facilitator for Dementia Australia and is currently a Dementia Educator for Dementia Training Australia. She is an experienced Life Coach, Mentor, Aged Care Trainer and Nurse Educator.

Michelle is passionate about education and leadership, serving as a sessional Teaching Associate at Monash University and sharing her expertise to shape future health professionals. She is also a strong advocate for older people, believing their choices and independence should be valued, and they should be treated with dignity and respect.

Her extensive knowledge in clinical governance, quality improvement, and person-centred care makes her an invaluable member of our Board and a trusted voice in advancing excellence in aged care.
