Leah joined LVV in 2025, bringing over 15 years of clinical experience and extensive expertise in aged care standards, resident care, and regulatory compliance. She is highly skilled in risk management, clinical governance, infection prevention, audits, regulatory reporting, accreditation processes, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Leah maintains her nursing registration, ensuring her clinical knowledge and leadership remain current and impactful. Her background as a registered nurse has also contributed to nursing management, education, and healthcare governance.
Since 2020, Leah has specialised in healthcare governance across diverse roles in residential aged care and public health, overseeing accreditation processes and regulatory compliance for hospitals, aged care facilities, outpatient services, and home support programs.
As our Quality Compliance Manager, Leah is exceptionally qualified, holding a Master of Health Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Nursing (Intensive Care), a Certificate IV in Training, and a Bachelor of Nursing. A proud Gippsland local, Leah is passionate about delivering high-quality aged care services to the region.
