Lisa is a customer service professional with experience across a range of industries, most recently in community based aged care. Lisa leads our promotion and community liaison work and guides new resident admission to residential aged care and retirement living.
Lisa holds a Diploma in Human Resources and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management. Lisa joined LVV in January 2023.
Lisa is committed to developing positive and rewarding relationships with community members and stakeholders, and making the aged care service journey as smooth as possible for all concerned.
