Shonna has experience across several roles since joining LVV in 2019. Shonna was appointed to the Director Resident Care role in 2022 and is responsible for planning and delivery of our clinical care services and supporting a 100+ team of Personal Care Assistants, Enrolled and Registered Nurses and care administration staff.
Shonna completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2004 and completed her Graduate year at Monash Medical Centre Clayton and Moorabbin. Shonna is passionate about maintaining the strong level of clinical care offered at LVV and supporting all care staff to be able to work at their best.
