Len has been a member of the LVV Board of Governance since 2016. Len is an adjunct Associate professor at Monash University, previously being Associate Dean in the Faculty of Education. Len’s role involved consulting with Business and Industry in the areas of Management and Change, Executive Leadership and Resource Management. Previously, Len worked at the University of Sydney for 15 years and was a Psychological Counsellor in the NSW TAFE system for a decade. In recent years, Len has devoted his efforts to Community work in Aged Care (with LVV), and also in Community Health as an elected Community member of the Board of the Latrobe Health Assembly. Len is a past President of the Rotary Club of Moe, a Rotary International “Paul Harris Fellow”. Len has lived in the region for over 40 years.
