Our staff encompasses various roles, with a significant focus on direct care for residents within our residential aged care service. This includes Division 1 and Division 2 Nurses, Personal Care Workers, as well as dedicated Lifestyle/Activity and Diversional therapy staff.

Nurses at LVV get to use their full range of clinical skills and experience diverse medical scenarios. They experience the fulfillment of providing holistic care while working in a nurturing and supportive environment where they get to see the long-term impact on resident wellbeing.

LVV employs about 160 people at any one time.

We require all staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID19 and undertake police and other checks to ensure we meet our responsibilities as an approved provider of residential aged care.
