Latrobe Valley Village is seeking enthusiastic, proactive Registered Nurses and to join our skilled teams. Here at LVV you can become part of a dedicated, dynamic and forward thinking team that will come together for a common goal, the care of our residents. Within LVV we have a Registered Nurse Supervise each shift, along with RN (G2)/EN’s working in areas to aid with wound management, medication administration and attend to resident care needs. 

Essential Qualification: 
  • Current Practicing Certificate and Registered with APHRA
  • Provision of a current (within 3 years) Police Check Report
  • Provision of Commonwealth of Australia Statutory Declaration – (Residency/Offences) upon commencement.
Desired Skills and experience:
  • Must be proficient in the use of computer-based systems and the recording of findings accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
  • Knowledge of aged care or health systems.
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
