Our Key Worker Accommodation project is finished and fully occupied! Staff and residents recently toured the new space—a big step in supporting essential workers.
🛠️ Retirement Village Renovations
Two updated studio apartments are now available, and work on the next two units has started.

🌏 Welcoming International Nurses
We’re happy to welcome our last two Registered Nurses from the Philippines. Their arrival completes our first international recruitment program.
🤝 Aged Care Reform Discussions
We joined a roundtable with local MP Mary Aldred and Senator Anne Ruston to talk about aged care reforms, challenges, and opportunities.
📘 Planning for the Future
Board members have attended national forums this year to gather ideas for our upcoming strategic plan renewal.
🏡 Residential Care at Full Capacity
Our residential aged care service is now 100% full, with a waitlist—showing strong demand for quality care in our region.
🔐 Improved Security
After recent intruder incidents, we’ve increased on-site security to keep everyone safe.
👥 New Leadership
We’ve welcomed a new Quality and Compliance Manager and Director of Business Operations. These roles will help us meet new Aged Care Act and Standards from 1 November.
📊 Annual General Meeting
We recently held our AGM and reported a positive financial result for 2025—thanks to strong leadership and community support.
