Alison joined LVV in August 2022.
She has over 20 years’ experience overseeing operations and strategy in aged and community care services across Gippsland. She has strong connections with the aged care sector as well as a track record in successfully managing and adapting to changing policy and systems.
Alison holds a Graduate Diploma in Business and Technology from the University of NSW and Associate Diploma in Welfare from Monash University. Alison is motivated to provide resident focused services that recognise the unique worth and experience of every individual; and delivering quality care that fosters independence and dignity. Alison is committed to working with the staff and Board of Governance to realise their vision for the residential aged care facility and retirement village.
